All structures are composed of carbon steel, galvanized steel and 60-61 alloy aluminum, which are then bent into exact shape and hand-forged using a hammer and anvil, in the ancient technique of medieval blacksmiths. A full circumference weld is applied where components intersect, eliminating the possibility of moisture entering the structure to cause rust and corrosion.

Is using wood for heating environmentally friendly?
Yes, because it is a plentiful renewable resource; thanks to sustainable development, forestry areas are being extended all over Europe. Firewood is, after all, only a by-product; it is produced by chopping up branches that are of no value to sawmills, and young trees that have had to be cut down to thin out the forest and allow more useful plants to grow.
The carbon dioxide emissions from burning wood are equivalent to those created in the natural decomposition of the wood (dendroenergy does not contribute to the production of greenhouse gases).
